The MountainGuard® Insurance Program is built around the concept of providing Resorts with industry specific loss control and risk management services. That means our team is solely focused on the resort industry and are specialists in the resort field. All Risk management and loss control services are provided by Professional Engineers
Claim Management
All claims under the MountainGuard® program will be handled by dedicated claim professionals. One of our program’s greatest strengths is our ability to integrate specialized claims handling, loss control and prevention techniques for this market segment.

- Large property capacity with no catastrophe/ casualty limit and a single carrier
- Individual policies - you choose the renewal date
- Equipment Breakdown
- Snowmobile/ATV Liability to full General Liability Limit of $10,000,000 or more (while on Insured’s property)
- Limited pollution liability
- Tubing (no restrictions or helmet requirements)
- Mountain Biking
- Cross Country Skiing
- Golfing - Including Pollution coverage for pesticide/herbicide
- Hotels, time shares, condominium corporation
